Not everyone was able to get unemployment and many still had to work. Some also quit because who wants to work for whatever wages when they were getting and giving free money that was more than what they were making.
I didn't get unemployment, I make commission on adult novelties so I don't get paid much like now things are going slow for me and I am having a hard time of trying to find a job that is right for me with my mental health the way it is so I do what I am good at and make blogs like this one and this one .
I think its beautiful how some are not doing drug test. Since so many people got fired or laid off for smoking weed and not being able to pass the drug test and now that they are needing help they are not excluding anyone and they are basically not caring who they hire. What you have to do is basically look around while job searching and do research cause some may still be doing it even though they are not.
If they do drug test all you have to do is take proof that you are doing CBD or THC. Take a thing of CBD vape juice, hemp Chapstick, hemp lotion or basically anything with hemp in it with you just to show proof and just to be on the safe side.
Some people need the weed or hemp to help them with their emotions, anxiety and or depression and some uses it for pain and many other things and most do not understand. It also helps with them with focusing on what they are needing to do.
